Upon receipt of the order, the Seller is obliged to send an email to the Buyer confirming the order, with the name, price and quantity of the ordered items, the total amount to be paid, the chosen method of payment and delivery, as well as information on the addresses entered by the Buyer for the delivery of the order. The Buyer is obliged to confirm the email, in order to accurately and clearly define the order and confirm the accuracy of the data.

The Seller undertakes to send the goods to the Buyer within 8 working days, counting from the day of the order in case of payment by cash on delivery, i.e. from the day of receipt of payment in case of payment to the Seller's account, by the delivery method chosen by the Buyer. In case of inability to send the goods, the Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer thereof within 5 working days, counting from the day of the order. The Buyer is obliged to provide the Seller with the correct information for the invoice and delivery of the goods (name and surname, full delivery address, size, model, and quantity of the item). If the Buyer provides incorrect information or email address in the purchase process, the Seller cannot be held responsible for problems in delivering or accepting the ordered goods.

When taking over the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the quality and condition of the delivered goods.
